At HAS POKER, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at 2587384445@qq.com with your order number. If the order has not yet entered production or shipping, we will process a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return procedure below if applicable.
Custom Orders
Custom-printed playing cards, personalized designs, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun or design proofs have been approved.
2. Returns
We accept returns of standard (non-custom) products under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-printed or personalized playing cards
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Bulk wholesale orders (subject to separate agreement)
6. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and large-volume orders are subject to the terms agreed upon in your quotation or contract. Cancellation and refund terms for bulk orders may differ from this policy.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for cancellation or return
- Photos (if applicable for defective items)
